Coffee training

Coffee training courses should be a means to an end: to acquire the latest knowledge, the latest techniques and skills and the latest practice in order to consistently improve the result in the cup – the aim being to sell more cups for higher profits and greater enjoyment.

Starting on 30.07.09: Coffee Leader (Selling the appeal of the perfect cup of coffee)
For discerning hospitality providers in charge of and passionate about coffee service, and for sales consultants with coffee supply businesses. The aim of the practice-based training is to enhance performance and practice as well as existing sales activities, enabling participants to be even more effective in delivering the ultimate coffee-drinking experience for coffee lovers. It is first and foremost about winning the hearts of all staff for the formidable challenges of customer contact and to heighten its appeal, thus making a lasting contribution to customer satisfaction and corporate success. The training course is run with the coffee products department. The more dynamic the market, the greater the importance of such skills.
Trainer: Hugo Eicher, Partner of the Institut für Profiliertes Verhalten AG Zug [Institute of Behavioural Profiling]. A qualified expert in marketing/sales, business administration and brand management, with enormous experience in the coffee and chocolate sector (former Nestlé Schweiz AG management executive).
