Terroir Ethiopia Foge

Wedeykejima Farm is located near the eponymous village of Foge in the eastern part of the Yirgacheffe region. The farm manager Hagi Elemo has been working in coffee cultivation for over 40 years and understands the needs of his 80,000 coffee plants of his farm. The organic coffees are cultivated in the shade of banana and bean perennials. On the farm, an artificial pond for irrigation and an organic compost were created.
