Elfenau's floral and fruity notes are reminiscent of a walk through Bern's municipal park Elfenau. Together with the spicy aromas, they give this blend an extremely varied flavour. The mixture consists of exquisite Arabicas with a proportion of outstanding washed Robustas from Indonesia (Java) and India.
