We offer consumables such as coffee cups, stirrers and sugar at preferential prices.

Transport costs:
The transport costs per way are CHF 50.– excl. VAT flat rate. These conditions apply to the city of Bern and the surrounding area. The transport costs for all other destinations amount to CHF 70.– excl. VAT per way.

Technical support / repairs:
Technical support during the rental period is provided directly by the service technicians of Schaerer AG. Further information can be found on the sticker on the coffee machine. Technical operations and repairs due to a warranty claim in case of a possible malfunction are guaranteed. Repairs during the rental period due to improper use or the use of force are not guaranteed and must be carried out by the renter.

*Terroir and speciality coffees are excluded.
