Our popular house blend Holligen stands for our location in Bern's Holligen district, where our coffees are roasted. It bears the clear signature of our in-house roasters. Those who enjoy this espresso blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans will be treated to aromas of chocolate, dried figs, and almonds. This espresso is characterized by a mild acidity, plenty of sweetness, and subtle bitter notes. The E.S.E. pods are compostable after use and the packaging is made of 100% aluminum-free materials.
