Caffè Lattesso

Coffee-To-Go with roasted coffee from Blasercafé

The cold coffee specialities of the Swiss company LATTESSO are 100% natural. Freshly brewed espresso is combined with Swiss milk. This turns latte and espresso into LATTESSO. The refreshing Coffee-To-Go is produced without additives, stabilizers, emulsifiers or binders. The Arabica beans used are freshly roasted in our roasting plant in Bern on behalf of LATTESSO.

The coffee from the refrigerated shelf can be enjoyed anywhere, be it on the train, shopping or in the office. With one hand you can open the innovative hygienic closure and let the aromas of freshly roasted coffee beans rise into your nose. In addition, a crispy butter cookie placed in the lid is served to complement the coffee break perfectly.

Carefully roasted in Bern

The coffee beans used come from Honduras. A temperate tropical climate with nutrient-rich soils at over 1000 metres above sea level allows the Arabica beans to ripen slowly and develop their full aroma. The ripe, bright red beans are picked by hand in several stages. Only the best and noblest beans with the finest aroma find their way to our family roastery in Bern.

Roasting gives the coffee beans their unmistakable aroma. We use the gentle drum roasting according to the long-term process under constant supervision of our roasting masters. The art of roasting lies not only in the meticulous observance of parameters such as temperature and time, but also in the consideration of constantly changing external conditions such as air pressure and humidity. In the Blasercafé roasting plant, the beans are roasted on a dark step in order to bring as much aroma as possible into the coffee and finally into the LATTESSO cup.

100 % natural enjoyment

The freshly roasted beans are then delivered to the Cremo dairy in Valais without intermediate storage. Here, the espresso for LATTESSO is brewed with a finely adjusted grinding degree and an optimum brewing temperature. The right water is particularly important for espresso extraction. The fresh spring water from the Valais has a low lime content and a balanced pH value. Thus the nuances of LATTESSO coffee are harmoniously accentuated. The freshly brewed espresso is then combined with the finest Swiss milk. The result is an incomparable pleasure from natural, GMO-free production.
