This coffee comes from the volcanic slopes of the El Bálsamo mountain range in San Salvador. The region is known for its ideal climate and the cultivation of specialty coffee. The Finca España has been owned by the De Díaz Nuila family for more than half a century. Shade cultivation and agroecological practices not only optimise the sensory profile of this coffee, but also enable environmentally friendly enjoyment thanks to the regenerative approach with carbon sequestration and biodiversity promotion.
