This dark-roasted espresso is grown on the first and only plantation in its region. The reforestation of this plantation has contributed significantly to soil conservation and has since served as a habitat for birds and numerous wild animals. The soil is washed with meltwater from the Trisuli River, which flows directly from the Ganesh Himal Mountains to the plantation.
