We have the right coffee equipment for your event. Below you will find an overview of the current rental equipment. The number of rental machines is limited, early reservation is recommended. The equipment can be picked up at Güterstrasse 4 in Bern. The equipment can also be delivered on site by arrangement.

	WMF presto – The fully automatic coffee machine with milk system Weekend rental (1-3 days): CHF 250.– excl. VAT. incl. coffee, sugar and mugs for 250 cups If the consumption remains under 250 cups, the minimum price of CHF 250.– applies. For each cup that exceeds the quota of 250 cups, an additional fee of CHF 1.– will be charged. Weekly rental (4-8 days): CHF 350.– excl. VAT. incl. coffee, sugar and mugs for 350 cups If consumption remains below 350 cups, the minimum price of CHF 350.– applies. An additional CHF 1.– will be charged per cup exceeding the quota of 350 cups. Transport costs: The transport costs per way are CHF 50.– excl. VAT flat rate. These conditions apply to the city of Bern and the surrounding area. The transport costs for all other destinations amount to CHF 70.– excl. VAT per way. Technical support / repairs: Technical support during the rental period is provided directly by the service technicians of Schaerer AG. Further information can be found on the sticker on the coffee machine. Technical operations and repairs due to a warranty claim in case of a possible malfunction are guaranteed. Repairs during the rental period due to improper use or the use of force are not guaranteed and must be carried out by the renter. Barista appearance at events / rent a barista We have mobile and fully equipped barista stations, each with a screen holder and coffee grinder(s). Book our baristas for your event, your next trade fair or congress and provide your guests with an ideal supply of coffee and coffee specialities. We have a large team of SCA trained baristas with championship experience. We offer you service with heart and quality for high demands, no matter if it is a smaller or larger event.
