Direct Trade – «Loeb-Egge»

Nat Coffee Myanmar

Nat Coffee is a Swiss social start-up that has been giving coffee farmers from Myanmar access to the international market since 2016.

"We visit coffee plantations in Myanmar and select the finest coffee cherries. We are convinced that direct trade is the key to responsible business."

Nathalie F. Manac'h, CEO & Founder
Nat Coffee Ltd

Coffee was introduced to Myanmar by British colonists at the beginning of the 19th century. The coffee plant thrived in the highland climate and soon became one of the main crops in the area. Today, coffee is grown on small farms and large estates. The coffee industry is an important part of the local economy.
